The challenge

Installing new electrical infrastructure within a live manufacturing environment presents a number of challenges, particularly where high-load equipment and tight production schedules are involved. The new manufacturing cell required a dedicated panel board capable of supporting significant electrical demand, while ensuring compatibility with the site’s existing power distribution network. In addition, the manufacturing process demanded flexible auxiliary power supplies to support a range of equipment configurations and future changes. Lighting was also a key consideration, with the production area requiring consistent, high-level illumination to support safe and efficient working practices. The challenge was to deliver a solution that balanced performance, compliance, and long-term adaptability.
